This cat water fountain is amazing. My cat usually knocks around water bowls and fountains before even attempting to drink from them. Not with Pawoof's fountain. He just walks up to it and drinks from it. My cat has even stopped begging to drink from the bathroom sink. Also, easy to clean. Very happy with this purchase.

Thanks to this fountain, I no longer have to turn the faucet on and off so my kitty can drink water, nor do I have to listen to him wailing at the bathroom door to notify me that it's time to turn the faucet on. I also no longer have to worry or feel guilty about his water bowl getting low or wondering how many times I need to change the water per day. After setting it up the first time and plugging it in, it wouldn't turn on. However, there's a sticker on the box that addresses this and says what to do to fix the issue. After following those instructions and putting it back together, it worked perfectly. The fountain is silent. If you start noticing any loud noise, it's probably because the water level has gotten too low. As another reviewer mentioned, there's a similar water fountain on the market and I ordered some accessories for the fountain from them. Both companies have great customer service. Not sure why it has usb, but it's not something that has hindered performance. You will need to put a mat or something else underneath the fountain as water will splash when kitty is drinking from it.
