Shipping Policy
1. Where do you ship to?
We ship to the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO) or to the U.S. Territories.
If you reside in a different country, please email our Customer Care team at hello@pawoof.com with your name, country, and email to be added to our mailing list. We will reach out once we begin shipping to your country.
2. Shipping rate?
a. USA Domestic: Orders over $99 are eligible for free shipping.
b. Shipping to France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, Canada:

a. Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days.
b. Express Shipping: We do not offer express shipping at this time.
c. Processing Times: 24-48 Hours (Except Weekends & Holidays)
4. How do I change my shipping address?
a. If your order has not been shipped: Please email us at hello@pawoof.com with your order number and the updated shipping address.
b. If your order has been shipped: The quickest way to change your shipping address is by signing up for USPS and searching your order tracking number on usps.com.
c. Please remember to check your spam / junk mail folders when waiting for a response from us. Sometimes our emails get delivered there instead of your inbox.
