Return Policy
Pawoof offers 30 days unconditional return policy. Within 30 days since your purchase, Pawoof will accept your product return and provide a product exchange or a product refund. If you purchased a bundle or set and want to return a tool in the set, please contact us at hello@pawoof.com
To be eligible for a return, your return products must be in a good condition that and in their original packaging.
Several types of goods are not returnable, including coupon codes, cat bowl items, some accessories, free items, any item marked as final sale.
Pawoof may decline the return if there is damage to the products or if you fail to return the item within 30 days. Once your return items are received, Pawoof.com will immediately initiate a refund if there is no damage to the products. It usually takes up to 5 business days to examine the returned products and another 2-5 days to process your fund.
How to initiate a return :
● Contact us at customer service team hello@pawoof.com. You can select to exchange, or have a Refund Voucher that you can use right away in Pawoof.com, or a refund to your original payment method
● Get a refund confirmation from customer care team
● Pack your items back to their original packaging
● If you would like to use the same shipping box, please place the new shipping label you receive over the previous shipping label, otherwise, please use another shipping box
● Send the return items to the address provided by our customer service team
